Education & Resources:

La Ventana strives to ensure that clients receive the continued care that they need to treat their chronic disorders. Our team will help guide clients and their social networks to community groups and resources that will promote healthy lifestyles.

Services into which we help clients and their social networks transition include, but are not limited to:

  • Potential clients, as well as friends and families of someone with a mental disorder, can call our Admission team at (800) 560-8518.
  • If you or a loved one are considering self-harm, the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline is a national network of local crisis centers that provides free and confidential emotional support to people in suicidal crisis or emotional distress 24 hours a day, 7 days a week (800) 273-8255.
  • La Ventana strongly urges clients, their loved ones, and anyone facing a mental disorder to contact NAMI – the National Alliance on Mental Illness. Their services and efforts provide a wide range of education and assistance to clients with mental illness, as well as their loved ones.

There are also several non-profit organizations that offer support. Some of the links to their organizations are provided.
