With over 20 years of experience in mental health and addiction, Sharon has worked extensively with at-risk youth, couples, families, and adults in rehabilitation centers. She operated a crisis suicide hotline and directly assisted the homeless population in stabilizing mental health and overcoming substance dependence. Sharon, holding an MS in Counseling, practices a multi-modal approach, serving as a Clinical Supervisor for interns and actively promoting empowerment and leadership among young girls through her involvement in her daughter’s Girl Scout Troop.
Jennifer Enriquez, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist for over 12 years, is La Ventana’s Clinical Program Director. Specializing in trauma, mental health, addiction, dialectical behavior therapy, and anger management, she prioritizes personalized treatment, using out-of-the-box interventions. Jennifer creates a safe space for clients’ healing journeys. A conference presenter on trauma, addiction, culture, impostor syndrome, and compassion fatigue, she’s a founding member of the Colorado Mental Health Professionals Association and an active participant in the California Association of Marriage and Family Therapy. Jen creates a safe and empowering space for clients healing journeys.
Kristina Padilla is a dynamic leader with CCAPP, where they serve as the Vice President of Education overseeing CCAPP’s Education Department. Mx. Padilla has a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology with an emphasis on Marriage and Family therapy. Mx. Padilla is a Licensed Advanced Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counselor (LAADC). Mx. Padilla received their “Higher Education Teaching Certificate” at Harvard, The Derek Bok Center for Teaching and Learning July 2020. Mx.Padilla is also a C-SAT Candidate and CGIU Graduate. Mx.Padilla is also an independent consultant on LGBTQIA2+ Program development Design/issues/services/Counseling/Therapy/Mentoring/Training and Coaching and travels the Nation providing training and lectures at conferences as well as in-service training to everyone.They also are apart of the 2S/LGBTQIA+ (Rainbow) Community and identifies as a Trans, Gender-Fluid, 2-Spirit, non-binary, western apache/cherokee biologically born Woman, Kristina’s pronouns are they/them and they go by the prefix of Mx.Padilla. 🌈
