Residential Treatment

La Ventana’s treatment center in Thousand Oaks serves a variety of clients to accommodate their individual recovery needs. We have three six-bed mental health houses: two of these houses are for women only, and the third house is non-binary. We also have a six-bed co-ed residential house to treat substance abuse disorders. Our fifth residential facility is an IMS-licensed, six-bed detoxification residence. We chose Thousand Oaks due to the safety it offers, as well as the amazing community that surrounds the facility.

An Environment for Healing

Our residences are home-like, and we go out of our way to ensure they are as comfortable as possible. Clients can open up and share without judgment or feeling awkward, thanks to our experienced and compassionate staff.

We provide a unique level of treatment to each person, since no single treatment will work for everyone. Depending on the program, clients can expect family involvement, group and individual therapy, experiential therapy, and even nutritional counseling.

Each house has 6 beds, and is set up in an environment to mimic family life. This is where therapy sessions take place, group therapy with others of the same gender and in a mixed group, and we also perform psychiatric evaluations here to provide the utmost comfort.
