LVN / LPN needed for 6 bed Mental Health Residential Facility.
La Ventana Treatment Programs seeks an LVN or LPN for our Residential 6 bed mental health facility located in Thousand Oaks. This is a sub-acute residential facility treating men and women with mental health issues such as trauma, depression, anxiety, sexual abuse, bi polar, domestic violence etc.
We have been in business since 2007 and are a privately-owned company offering a compassionate environment to help people who struggle with mental illness.
We are hiring for weekend AM (8:00am to 4:30pm) and swing shift (4:00 pm to 12:30am)

La Ventana Treatment Programs is a privately owned behavioral healthcare facility treating patients in Thousand Oaks for over 13 years. We are currently seeking Mental Health Resident Advisor Support staff for our 6 bed Residential Mental Health facilities for AM shift (8:00am to 4:30pm) and Swing Shift (4:00pm to 12:30am).
This is a sub acute residential facility treating men and women suffering from mental illness such as depression, anxiety, trauma, bi polar and other mental health emotional issues.
Applicant will have direct care duties with the patients from daily living observation to assisting with breakfast and auditing charts and medication.
Live Scan Fingerprint background check is also performed on all employees working at the Residential Facilities.
La Ventana offers training in mental health to our employees to assist them in understanding the disease as well as how to interact with patients and provide a safe environment for both patients and employees.
