La Ventana’s Admissions Process

La Ventana’s staff will answer all of our clients’ questions and verify clients’ insurance coverage as part of the admission process. When a client chooses La Ventana, one of our admissions counselors will schedule a full assessment which will be used to generate the client’s individualized treatment plan. The client will complete the paperwork associated with their care, and then our team will admit the client.

Complimentary Assessment

La Ventana’s complimentary assessments are the first step towards clients’ recovery. The purpose of these assessments is to determine the client’s physical and mental states. The data that we collect from the assessment will identify physical health issues, mental disorders, and their underlying root causes. Our staff uses this information to create an individualized health care plan that will address the root causes that contribute to the client’s mental health disorders.
