Residential Treatment
La Ventana’s treatment centers in Thousand Oaks can house clients on a 24/7 basis, allowing clients to focus on recovery in a safe and encouraging environment. Our residential treatment facilities provide many treatment options in the forms of: women-only treatment, LGBTQIA2+ affirming treatment with allies, and co-ed treatment. La Ventana recommends residential treatment for clients that have been recently discharged from a hospital and for clients needing more assistance than what outpatient options can provide.
Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP)
La Ventana’s Partial Hospitalization Program involves several therapy sessions six days per week, Monday – Friday, as well as one-on-one sessions with therapists. La Ventana recommends PHP for clients seeking to transition between residential treatment and part-time outpatient treatment. PHP is also a viable option for clients who can maintain their independence in the community yet require more care than what traditional outpatient services offer.
Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
La Ventana’s Intensive Outpatient Program is available five days per week, Monday – Friday, 9am-12:30pm. La Ventana recommends IOP for clients with mild or moderate symptoms that can be managed on a part-time basis.
Group Therapy
offers a variety of group therapy types, including experiential, psychotherapy, and process groups. La Ventana recommends group therapy for clients seeking to establish or maintain a healthy, supportive environment where they can be open and honest with their feelings while seeking advice and wisdom from both therapists and peers. In addition, we welcome clients’ family members, friends, peers, and mentors to attend family therapy sessions to reconnect with clients and learn how support clients’ recovery.
