Refund/Cancellation Policy

All CEU Events provided by La Ventana Treatment Programs are Free of Charge. If you need to cancel your RSVP for a CEU Event please email Outreach@laventanatreatment.com. There will be no fee associated with canceling your reservation as all CEU Events provided by La Ventana Treatment Programs are free of charge.

To request accommodations for disability for any CEU Event provided by La Ventana Treatment Programs please email Outreach@laventanatreatment.com

To address a grievance for any CEU Event provided by La Ventana Treatment Programs please email Outreach@laventanatreatment.com. Grievances such as refund requests, complaints about course content, complaints about facilities, complains about non-receipt of certificates and complaints about miscellaneous occurrences. If you have questions or concerns contact Outreach@laventanatreatment.com.

All course completion certificates will be awarded after the course evaluation has been completed at the CEU event.
